And here's that boss fight in action!  This particular video was taken at a time when most of the group out-geared this particular boss, resulting in a relatively smooth kill.  Having learned and downed this boss many times before, the chat is relatively jovial and our group isn't too worried about the risk of wiping.  This isn't always true, however; when actually learning a boss for the first time, fights can be much more stressful and absolute focus is required.  Often times, fights that are on the very edge of being able to be beaten are akin to athletic sports teams practicing the same play over and over until finally nailing down the exact right sets of moves.
